“I have been fortunate enough to have excellent insurance throughout my entire diagnosis and treatment of Hodgkin's lymphoma. Until recently, all costs have been covered. However, I changed jobs within the last year that changed my coverage. The place where I have had 12 PET scans in the last 5 years is no longer fully covered by my insurance carrier. It is immensely frustrating that this continuity of care cannot be continued. As a result, I was given a bill of $947.67 that I cannot pay off without strapping myself financially.”
