“My short-term goal is to finish my nursing prerequisites and my long-term goals are to become an oncology nurse and live a fulfilled and happy llife. These goals are very obtainable, but the financial burdens of being a cancer patient have made it less so; and my $22,000 in student loans that I have to pay back...isn't making it any easier. I know I can get through school with ease, but I don't have the financial means to pay for the schooling and living costs.”
