“These funds would enable my husband and me to pursue the life we imagined—completing my education, working together to build a family and touching the lives of those around us—without the financial pressure of cancer and educational loans looming over us. I desire to return to graduate school and complete work on my Master of Education degree. I also hope that, as I continue to gain strength, I will be able to volunteer and give back to my community. My battle with cacner opened my eyes to the needs of many courageous patients I came in contact with, and I want to help them in the way so many people helped me.”
