“The SAMFund grant has enabled me to have more mobility and flexibility in my life. The grant I received lifted a heavy financial burden for me and has allowed me to feel more freedom in my life choices. Since receiving the grant I received a promotion at work and returned to college full-time. In one more year I will have completed my bachelor’s degree. The financial help has also enabled me to do things that are important to me, such as travel.”
