“Basically I just want to get on with my life. I want to be a normal everyday person. Doing simple things like going fishing, camping, or just going to the park to play with my son are what I want to fill my life with now. I promised myself while I was going through chemotherapy that I was given a second chance that I would not squander my life away. It really helped me see what is important in life and what’s not. Hopefully, with the help of some of your grants I can accomplish these things.”
