 "I am requesting financial assistance so that I can pursue my education and my goals of performing. The funds would be used to pay for my living and educational expenses. My family support is strong but financially things have been tight. Between the doctor's bills and unemployment, I have had to take out many student loans... I would use these funds to pursue my dreams. The financial assistance from The SAMFund will allow me to move forward in that I will have less financial stress and debt so that I can concentrate on my goals. I know that I have been giving back to the community ever since I was diagnosed...I hope to continue supporting others and make people aware of testicular cancer."
