The SAMFund was proud to honor Larry Lucchino, CEO of the Boston Red Sox, at our first Celebration of Life event! We were also fortunate to have five of our very first grant and scholarship recipients with us that night – thanks to Shauna, Trevor, Lauren, Brandon and Christine for making the trip to Boston (and thanks to JetBlue for flying them here!) to be part of a very special evening.
The event, organized by Karen Rosenberg and Empire Events Group, raised close to $20,000 – all of which went to our grants and scholarships the following fall!
