The 17th annual Mickey Mantle’s Community Service Award was given to Calvin Ramsay of the New York Knicks, Ed Kranepool of the New York Mets and Howard Rubin of Goetz Fitzpatrick, LLP, and again, The SAMFund was lucky to be the beneficiary of such a successful event – we raised more than $60,000, all of which went to our grants and scholarships!
Budd Mishkin of NY1 was our fabulous auctioneer, Marty Bienstock was our event chair and JetBlue was the airline sponsor. Thanks again to Karen Rosenberg and everyone at Empire Events Group for coordinating the event!
