The Air Care Alliance is a group of volunteer pilots who fly patients for care or provide other aviation services.

Air Charity Network
Air Charity Network provides free flights to specialized health care facilities to people from all 50 states. Network members also coordinate flights to fly organ transplant candidates, people involved in clinical trials, and chemotherapy.

American Cancer Society Road to Recovery
The American Cancer Society Road To Recovery program provides transportation to and from treatment for people with cancer who do not have a ride or are unable to drive themselves.

Angel Airlines for Veterans
The mission of Angel Airlines for Veterans is to ensure no veteran in need is denied medical care due to a lack of transportation.

Be the Match
Be the Match has funds to help pay for copayments, insurance premiums, donor searches, lodging, food, and transportation, as long as they are associated with a transplant.

Cancer Care
Cancer Care provides financial assistance for active treatment-related medicine, transportation, and also homecare. However, it does not cover basic living expenses such as rent, mortgages, utilities, or food. They also run The CancerCare Co-Payment Assistance Foundation, which is a non-profit organization covering the cost of cancer medications for individuals who cannot afford their insurance co-payments.

Corporate Angel Network
Corporate Angel Network is the only charitable organization whose sole mission is to transport cancer patients to hospitals. They pair empty seats – on both private and corporate planes – with qualified patients in need, and are free of charge.

The Ellie Fund
The Ellie Fund fights breast cancer by easing its effects on patients and families. They provide critical support services including transportation to medical appointments, childcare, housekeeping, groceries, as well as nutritious prepared/delivered meals across Massachusetts. Services are free of charge.

Mercy Medical Angels
Angel Wheels to Healing is a program of Mercy Medical Angels: a non-profit charity, dedicated to providing non-emergency, long-distance ground transportation to financially disadvantaged ambulatory patients who are traveling for treatment.

Miracle Flights
Miracle Flights provides children along with their families free flights to distant, specialized care and valuable second opinions.

Patient Airlift Services
Patient AirLift Services arranges volunteer medical flights and free air transportation for needy individuals throughout the greater Northeast region, from Virginia to Maine, Ohio to Massachusetts.
